Most kids are never taught how to build something of their own. Stage 1: Discover changes that. In Kit 2: Know Your Customer, they go deeper than most adults ever do: building a detailed customer profile, learning the difference between what people want and what they truly need, practicing real customer-interview questions, and mapping their customer's problem from every angle to find their unique advantage.
