1. ABOUT US

Boss Kid Build is a children's entrepreneurship curriculum brand offering digital downloadable kits for students ages 8–12, educators, and families. Our products are designed to develop entrepreneurial mindset, financial literacy, and real-world skills.

2. USE OF PRODUCTS

All Boss Kid Build curriculum kits are licensed for personal and classroom use only. When you purchase a kit, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Use the materials for one household or one classroom
- Print copies for personal or classroom use
- Use the content to teach, guide, or support learners in your care

You may NOT:

- Resell, redistribute, or share files with others outside your household or classroom
- Upload our content to any platform, file-sharing site, or group
- Remove copyright notices or rebrand our materials
- Use our content to create competing products or curriculum

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ACCESS

Our products are delivered as digital downloads immediately upon purchase. You are responsible for saving your files. Boss Kid Build is not liable for files lost due to device failure, account deletion, or similar circumstances. Download links are active for 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Sales tax may be applied based on your location. Payments are processed securely through Shopify.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Boss Kid Build curriculum content, branding, logos, graphics, and written materials are the intellectual property of Boss Kid Build and its creator. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. DISCLAIMER

Our curriculum kits are educational tools and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or educational advice. Results may vary depending on how materials are used.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Boss Kid Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
