Refund policy

At Boss Kid Build, we stand behind our curriculum kits and want every family and educator to feel confident in their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because our Boss Kid Build kits are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to issue refunds. This policy applies to all individual kits, kit bundles, and subscription orders.

We do not accept returns on digital products.

EXCEPTIONS

We understand that technical issues happen. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right:

- Your files did not download successfully
- You received a corrupted or incomplete file
- You were charged more than once for the same order

To request assistance, email hello@bosskidbuild.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

ESA & FUNDING PLATFORM ORDERS

If your purchase was made through an Education Savings Account (ESA) platform such as ClassWallet, Odyssey, or a state-approved marketplace, refund eligibility is governed by that platform's policies. Please contact your ESA provider directly for reimbursement questions.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not generate a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, log into your account or email hello@bosskidbuild.com.
