Last updated: July 12, 2026
Thank you for purchasing from Boss Kid Build. This Digital Products & Licensing Policy explains how our digital products are delivered and how purchased materials may be used.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing a Boss Kid Build digital product, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products
Boss Kid Build digital products may include:
-
Printable curriculum kits
-
Business-building workbooks
-
Launch Kits
-
Activity sheets and worksheets
-
Planners, guides, and checklists

No physical product will be shipped unless the product description specifically states that a physical item is included.
Please review the complete product description before purchasing.
2. Delivery and Download Access
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after payment has been successfully processed.
Customers may receive access through:
-
A download link displayed after checkout
-
An email sent to the address used at checkout
-
A customer account or download portal
-
An approved Education Savings Account or funding platform
Please make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct.
Boss Kid Build download links are generally active for 30 days from the purchase date. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their files during that period.
Download access may be deactivated in cases involving refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.
3. Download Problems
Please contact Boss Kid Build within 7 days of purchase if:

Your download link does not work

-
The email address used during checkout
-
A brief description of the issue
Customer support inquiries are generally answered within two business days.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, all digital-product sales are final.
Boss Kid Build does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products after the files have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
A refund or replacement may be considered when:
-
The customer was charged more than once
-
The purchased file cannot be opened because it is corrupted
-
The wrong product was delivered
-
A confirmed technical issue prevents the customer from receiving the purchased product
A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, lack of printer access, software incompatibility, or difficulty using the material does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. License Granted with Purchase
Purchasing a Boss Kid Build product does not transfer ownership of the product or its copyright.
Unless a product listing expressly provides a different license, each purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by:
-
One individual
-
One household or immediate family
-
One homeschool household
-
One educator in one classroom
A purchaser may:
-
Download and save the purchased files
-
Print copies for members of the licensed household
-
Print copies for students taught directly by the purchasing educator in one classroom
-
Use the materials to guide or support learners in the purchaser’s care
-
Display the materials privately during instruction
-
Make reasonable backup copies for personal recordkeeping
Additional licenses must be purchased when the materials will be used by multiple educators, classrooms, households, campuses, organizations, tutoring groups, homeschool co-ops, programs, or locations.
For schoolwide, district, organizational, co-op, or multi-user licensing, contact hello@bosskidbuild.com.
6. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not:
-
Share purchased files with another household, teacher, classroom, or organization
-
Email, text, upload, transfer, or distribute the files to others
-
Post the files in Facebook groups, online communities, shared drives, membership sites, or file-sharing platforms
-
Upload complete files to Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, or another learning-management system that can be accessed by users outside the licensed classroom
-
Sell, sublicense, rent, or give away the files
-
Use the files as customer bonuses, promotional giveaways, lead magnets, or prizes
-
Remove copyright notices, logos, watermarks, or Boss Kid Build branding
-
Rebrand or claim ownership of the materials
-
Copy substantial portions of the materials to create another workbook, curriculum, course, printable, or commercial product
-
Convert the materials into templates for resale
-
Use Boss Kid Build illustrations, graphics, text, or page designs in another product
-
Upload the materials to public websites or artificial-intelligence training databases
-
Use the materials for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose
7. Classroom and Digital Instruction
A purchasing educator may use a product with students enrolled in that educator’s assigned classroom.
When materials are provided digitally:
-
Access must be limited to the educator’s licensed students
-
Files should be placed behind a password-protected classroom or learning-management system
-
Students should not be permitted to publicly share or redistribute the files
-
Access should be removed when students are no longer enrolled in the licensed classroom
A single-classroom license does not permit an educator to upload materials to a schoolwide resource library or share them with colleagues.
Each additional educator must purchase a separate license unless a multi-user license has been obtained.
8. Printing and File Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have the appropriate device, software, printer, paper, ink, and internet access needed to use the purchased product.
Printed colors may vary depending on:
-
The customer’s monitor
-
Printer settings
-
Printer model
-
Ink or toner
-
Paper selection
Boss Kid Build cannot guarantee exact color matching between a digital file and a customer’s printed copy.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided as PDF files and are not editable.
9. Product Updates
Boss Kid Build may occasionally correct errors, update instructions, revise formatting, or improve a digital product.
A purchase does not guarantee permanent access to every future edition, redesign, expansion, or replacement version of a product.
When practical, minor corrections may be provided to existing purchasers at Boss Kid Build’s discretion.
10. Educational Disclaimer
Boss Kid Build products are educational resources designed to support entrepreneurship, financial literacy, creativity, career awareness, and related skills.
The products do not guarantee:

11. Intellectual Property
All Boss Kid Build products, including their written content, activities, illustrations, graphics, layouts, branding, logos, and original concepts, are protected intellectual property.
Boss Kid Build retains all rights not expressly granted under this policy.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, publication, modification, or commercial use may result in termination of download access and other appropriate action.
12. Education Savings Account and Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made through an Education Savings Account, scholarship marketplace, approved vendor platform, or third-party marketplace may also be governed by that platform’s policies.
When a platform’s refund or delivery procedures differ from those of Boss Kid Build, customers may be required to contact the applicable platform directly.
The Boss Kid Build licensing and intellectual-property provisions continue to apply unless a separate written licensing agreement states otherwise.
